• Permitted use: Access to the platform for content generation and use of services according to your subscribed plan.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, distribute unauthorized content, or use the platform for illegal activities.
• Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Fees are charged recurrently according to the selected plan.
• All payments are processed by Stripe, a secure external provider.
• We do not offer refunds once the subscription period has begun.
• Customers in the EU receive invoices including VAT under the OSS regime. For VAT-registered businesses (B2B), VAT is not charged under the reverse charge mechanism.
• Accepted payment methods:
  • USD: Card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Link, Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay.
  • EUR: Card, Apple Pay, and Link.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify substantial changes 30 days in advance via email or platform announcements.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through our external payment provider. One360 AI may suspend or terminate service if you violate these terms.

The services offered by One360 AI are generated using artificial intelligence with minimal human intervention. This allows for efficient solutions without constituting a personalised professional service.

These terms shall be governed by Wyoming state laws, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Both parties expressly waive any right to jury trial in any legal action related to these terms.
